GELLINEAU'S SPICE SET
Three different blends of herbs and spices created and blended by the chef himself. All very low sodium, no perservatives, no MSG or artificial ingredients. Use them on your meats, veggies, in soups or dash on your favorite salad. You'll be pleased as they "dance on your tongue and tickle your throat."

Grilled Chicken Breast
Rub boneless skinless chicken breast with oil.
Then sprinkle generously with our Island Rub .
Cook on a prepared charcoal or gas grill 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Pan Seared Tilapia
Dip fillets in melted butter.
Then sprinkle generously with our Cajun Rub .
Place fillets skin side down in a hot iron skillet and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Veggie Skewers
Skewer carrots, broccoli, bell peppers and pearl onions (or be creative with your own vegetable assortment).
Then sprinkle generously with our Bombay Rub.
Sear on prepared charcoal, gas or stove top grill.
Note: Soak skewers in water before using. |
